Il tuo ruolo:

 

Sei in grado di affrontare le situazioni in modo analitico e ami lavorare con l'obiettivo di migliorare i processi? Ti piace risolvere problemi e gestire diversi tipi di interlocutori? Allora potresti essere la persona che stiamo cercando per uno stage nel ruolo di Warehouse Engineer presso il nostro sito di Pognano (BG).

 

 

  • Conoscere i principali flussi operativi del sito
  • Supportare la pianificazione e il coordinamento delle attività delle risorse per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi e assicurare che i processi di magazzino si svolgano tempestivamente
  • Collaborare con il Contract Manager del sito per mantenere un elevato livello di servizio, perseguendo la redditività e l'efficienza dei flussi operativi
  • Identificare le aree di miglioramento e proporre ottimizzazioni dei flussi e processi operativi
  • Partecipare all'analisi e monitoraggio dei principali KPIs del magazzino, garantendo il raggiungimento delle metriche di performance stabilite e sviluppando report per il team di gestione
  • Promozione dei progetti di continuous improvement, identificando opportunità di miglioramento continuo dei processi e dei flussi operativi

 

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria gestionale o percorsi similari
  • Capacità di implementare iniziative di miglioramento dei processi e analisi dei Key Performance Indicators
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Forti capacità decisionali e di problem solving
  • Efficaci capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale
