You'll work closely with cross-functional team including engineering, sales, and support to ensure that the product vision aligns with business objectives and customer needs. You will drive the product roadmap from ideation to execution, making critical decisions along the way to prioritize features, manage resources, and optimize for outcomes.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;background:white;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;background:white;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li><strong>Support Product Development:</strong> Assist in the development of new products or features by gathering requirements from customer by collaborating with internal teams such as sales, operations, engineering, and marketing.</li><li><strong>Documentation and Coordination:</strong> Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to product specifications, requirements, and project timelines. Coordinate communication and meetings between various stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.</li><li><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong> Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks on products or features to identify and report any issues or bugs. Work closely with the development team to address and resolve issues in a timely manner.</li><li><strong>Customer Support:</strong> Collaborate with customer support teams to provide solution throughout all project phases, including pre-sale, commissioning, and post-sales support to address product-related inquiries, issues, and feedback from customers.</li><li><strong>Competitive Analysis:</strong> Monitor competitor products and industry trends to understand market dynamics and identify potential areas of differentiation or improvement for our products.</li><li><strong>Administrative Tasks:</strong> Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing project-related documents.<strong><br></strong></li></ul><div><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Currently matriculated in a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment</li><li>Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, and Google Suite</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions</li><li>Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to contribute to the success of cutting-edge products</li><li>Fluent in German and English</li></ul>
