About the role:

We’re looking for a Sales Intern to support our Sales Acquisition team by strengthening the foundation of our sales pipeline. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and processes and wants real exposure to how a modern sales organization operates. You’ll spend the majority of your time supporting lead generation, lead enrichment, and lead validation, working directly inside our CRM and Excel. You will focus on new business acquisition and play a critical role in enabling our sales team to move faster and smarter.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Support the acquisition team by researching, enriching, validating, and qualifying leads to ensure the sales pipeline is accurate, complete, and sales-ready.
  • CRM Management (HubSpot): Maintain and update lead records in HubSpot by following defined workflows for lead creation, enrichment, qualification, and assignment.
  • Lead Research & Outbound Support: Conduct targeted lead research and assist with outbound sales efforts, including preparing lead lists and supporting outreach initiatives.
  • Data Analysis & Excel Support: Clean, organize, and analyze sales data using Excel to support reporting, tracking, and operational decision-making.
  • Sales Operations Support: Assist with sales operations projects, process improvements, and technology enablement initiatives that increase efficiency across the sales team.
  • Business Development: Communicate with new suppliers to collect their inventory list to allow us to further improve our operational efficiency.


What You'll Need:
  • Attention to Detail & Organization: Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and organization when managing data, processes, and repetitive tasks.
  • Analytical Thinking: Comfortable working with data to identify patterns, validate information, and support informed decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Communicates clearly and professionally, both written and verbally, when collaborating with team members and engaging with customers.
  • Excel Proficiency: Uses Excel confidently to clean, organize, analyze, and manipulate data (intermediate level).
  • CRM Experience: Has experience using CRM tools to manage customer and lead information, or shows strong aptitude and willingness to learn systems such as HubSpot.
