About the Role

Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support our HR operations team in delivering high-quality services to employees across East Asia. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR processes, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives within a multinational environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and offboarding.
  • Support HR operations in maintaining employee data and documentation.
  • Help address employee inquiries through the ticketing system and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams on time/attendance, leave systems, and benefits-related tasks.
  • Contribute to SOP documentation updates and process standardization.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and digitalization.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills such as Japanese/Korean are a plus.
  • Interest in HR processes and digital transformation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
