Ticket Operations Intern 

Company Overview 

Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH) was formed in 2021 to support, promote, and enhance Minor League Baseball through best practices, professional management, innovation, and investment. 

Position Overview 

This internship provides hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a Minor League Baseball club, offering valuable insight into the sports industry. You’ll gain experience in ticketing systems, box office operations, and customer service within a professional sports environment. 

Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities 

• Learn to process ticket orders, exchanges, and refunds using the team’s ticketing platform. 

• Assist with will-call operations and mobile ticketing setup. 

• Help organize and distribute season tickets and group packages. 

• Gain exposure to financial reconciliation and daily ticket sales reports. 

• Support gameday operations, including scanning and troubleshooting ticketing issues. 

• Learn about CRM management and fan data collection for future sales efforts. 

• Assist in maintaining box office cleanliness and readiness for events.

Qualifications


Qualifications 

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Sports Management, or a related field. 

• Interest in learning about ticketing systems and fan service. 

• Basic computer proficiency required; experience with Ticketmaster or TicketReturn a plus. 

• Availability to work during all home games and special events. 

Compensation: 
This is a paid, hourly seasonal position beginning in January 2026 and ending in September 2026 (dates may vary by club). Hourly interns are paid through Paycom and must complete onboarding before their start date. 
 
Educational credit internships are available for students seeking college credit and may require verification from the student’s institution. Credit interns may work up to 8–10 hours per week and are not eligible for hourly pay.
