This role is part of Alcon's Engineering function, a team focused on improving quality, processes, products, packaging and materials across our business to help deliver brilliant outcomes.The Associate, Mechatronics Design Engineering (Science/Tech/Engineering Path), is primarily responsible for assisting in mechatronics engineering tasks, supporting the design, testing, and development of integrated mechanical, electrical, and software systems. You will work closely with engineers to analyze system performance, refine designs, and troubleshoot issues, applying engineering principles to enhance automation and intelligent systems.
Specifics Include:
• Assist in mechatronics engineering tasks, supporting the design, testing, and development of integrated mechanical, electrical, and software systems
• Work closely with engineers to analyze system performance, refine designs, and troubleshoot issues
• Apply engineering principles to improve automation and intelligent systems
• Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation
• Ensure rigorous quality control and complete all required training

Qualifications
Associate degree in Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related field Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
2+ years' Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
