About the Role

Job Details

An internship is a great opportunity for a current student or a recent graduate interested in pursuing a career in a specific field to learn more about the day to day operations and what that looks like in a non-profit organization. We strive to offer all interns the necessary support and guidance they need in order to create a valuable educational and working experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • May shadow/observe current employees throughout various parts of their day to learn more about their job position

  • Data entry into systems utilized by a specific department

  • Maintain files, organize documents; make copies, fax, etc., as needed

  • Complete a variety of different projects and tasks, as assigned.

  • Follow UCC policies and procedures

Qualifications


  • Must currently be enrolled in or have recently graduated from an accredited 2 or 4 year college/university 
  • Basic computer knowledge and be able to work with Microsoft Office

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to listen and take direction

  • Be able to work well with others and have a “team oriented” mentality, but also be able to work independently.
