Job Summary
As a Landscape Intern, you will participate in the company's intern program to develop your understanding and skills through rotational assignments and training courses. You will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of landscape operations and processes, preparing you for a variety of future roles within the green industry.

Supervisory Responsibilities
- None
Duties/Responsibilities
- Participate in the company's intern program, working in different departments and functions through rotations to familiarize yourself with the company's landscape operations and processes.
- Learn and master key areas of landscaping, such as maintenance, irrigation, floral services, installations, construction, chemical services and business development.
- Assist the team in daily operational activities such as installation of plant material, irrigation fittings, and mowing and caring for client greenspace.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Provide innovative suggestions and improvements to enhance process efficiency and business outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities
- Team mentality
Education and Experience
- Currently enrolled in higher education curriculum
- Previous outside construction, landscape, or similar field experience a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must

- Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday.
