Estas credenciales otorgan a los empleados acceso a los acuerdos de descuento de la empresa con diversas tiendas.</span></span></li></ul></li><li class="pf0"><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;"><span class="cf0">Atención a Proveedores y Visitantes.</span></span><ul><li class="pf0"><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;"><span class="cf0">Recibir y coordinar con proveedores, por ejemplo, de café u otros servicios.</span></span></li><li class="pf0"><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;"><span class="cf0">Modificar y ajustar las órdenes de acuerdo con las necesidades actuales de la empresa con cada proveedor.</span></span></li><li class="pf0"><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;"><span class="cf0">Recibir candidatos y otros visitantes. Acompañarlos y dirigirlos con las personas correspondientes dentro de la empresa.</span></span></li></ul></li><li class="pf0"><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;"><span class="cf0">Supervisión del Personal de Limpieza.</span></span><ul><li class="pf0"><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;"><span class="cf0">Supervisar la asistencia y actividades diarias del personal de limpieza para garantizar un ambiente laboral limpio y ordenado.</span></span></li></ul></li><li class="pf0"><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;"><span class="cf0">Compra de Artículos.</span></span><ul><li class="pf0"><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;"><span class="cf0">Adquirir artículos de limpieza y papelería necesarios para el correcto funcionamiento de las áreas administrativas.</span></span></li></ul></li><li class="pf0"><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;"><span class="cf0">Apoyo con Reportes Mensuales.</span></span><ul><li class="pf0"><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;"><span class="cf0">Control de inventario de celulares de empleados.</span></span></li></ul></li><li class="pf0"><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;"><span class="cf0">Reservación y Supervisión de Salas.</span></span><ul><li class="pf0"><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;"><span class="cf0">Gestionar la reserva de salas de reuniones.</span></span></li><li class="pf0"><span style="color:black;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;"><span class="cf0">Verificar que las salas estén en óptimas condiciones y uso correcto de las tarjetas de estacionamiento, elaborar reportes mensuales sobre el uso del estacionamiento para tener un mayor control de gastos.</span></span></li></ul></li><li class="pf0"><span
