About the Role

About our group:

The Tooling Development Group is responsible for designing HSA tooling and fixtures, shipping combs, automated machines, and testers to meet new product launch schedules while promoting productivity, quality, and safety. We also collaborate closely with counterparts and other sites in Thailand, China, and the US to support HSA tooling changes or new designs as requested.

About the role - you will:

  • Assist in operating and maintaining basic functions of Lathe machines and NC Milling machines.
  • Support fabrication and assembly of tooling and fixtures used in internal manufacturing.
  • Perform basic inspection of machined parts under supervision.
  • Help maintain machine readiness and cleanliness of the work area.
  • Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About you:

  • Demonstrates a strong interest in machining, fabrication and hands-on technical work.
  • Willing to learn and follow safety protocols, standard operating procedures and team guidelines.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and continuous improvement.

Your experience includes:

  • Vocational Diploma in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Machinery or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of machining processes, including lathe and NC milling operations.
  • Familiarity with mechanical tools, safety practices and workshop protocols.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use basic measurement instruments.
