Stellenbeschreibung

  • Die Zukunft mitgestalten: Überarbeiten von Standards und Anweisungen, die die Herstellung unserer Produkte beschreiben
  • Ganzheitlich umsetzen: Weiterentwicklung/ Überarbeitung der Bereitstellungssystematik und des Schulungskonzeptes für bestehende und neue Standards
  • Zuverlässig umsetzen: Implementieren des neuen Konzeptes um eine schnelle und nachhaltige Verteilung neuer Standards sicherzustellen

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
  • Qualifikation: Erfahrungen mit Lean Management Methoden und sicherer im Umgang mit MS-Office. Erfahrungen hinsichtlich Durchführung von Trainings/ Schulungen sind wünschenswert.
  • Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte, analytische Vorgehensweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Persönlichkeit: Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab

Start: ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Dauer: 4 - 6 Monate
