About Scout
Scout is an AI testing companion built for builders and small teams. We are exploring early product-market signals, developer workflows, and growth paths through hands-on experimentation and direct user engagement.
This role is designed for someone who enjoys building in public, talking to builders, and learning how products grow from zero to one.

What You’ll Do?
As a Product Evangelist Intern, you will work closely with PMs and engineers to help Scout learn from real users and developer communities:

  • Advocate for Scout in developer, vibe-coding, and builder communities (Discord, forums, social platforms)
  • Share Scout updates, experiments, and learnings on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Scout’s Discord
  • Actively engage with users to understand how they use Scout, where they struggle, and what excites them
  • Execute small product and growth experiments with clear guidance from the team
  • Collect and synthesize user feedback, questions, objections, and insights
  • Report learnings back to the product team to influence product decisions and iteration

  • What We’re Looking For
    • Interest in products, startups, AI tools, or developer workflows
    • Comfortable communicating with developers and builders (written English required)
    • Curious, proactive, and willing to experiment and learn fast
    • Basic understanding of software products (no deep coding required)
    • Bonus: active in dev communities, hackathons, or “build-in-public” spaces
  • What You’ll Learn
    • How early-stage products discover real user needs
    • How product feedback loops work in practice
    • How product evangelism supports discovery, activation, and adoption
    • How PMs and engineers collaborate on growth experiments
  • Why This Role Matters
This is not a marketing role. The goal is to help the Scout team:
    • Learn faster from real users
    • Validate assumptions early
    • Build a product that truly fits developer workflows

At Katalon, we bring together self-starting, open-minded, and talented people while actively promoting a transparent and growth-enabling working environment.
