Our CFO office is a dynamic and driven team working directly with our CFO, tackling key operational and strategic topics within Finance. We’re looking for an intern to join us for 6-12 months, with the potential opportunity to join full-time afterwards with attractive conditions. YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Support in preparing analysis and meeting material for our CFO, e.g. for Board of Directors, Executive Board meetings

  • Perform financial analysis to identify trends and behaviours with respect to the Balance sheet and the P&L

  • Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements, including improving reporting, creating dashboards, simplifying processes

  • Contribute towards various ad hoc projects and analytical tasks

  • Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders on business deliverables

  • Help manage tasks of recurring/ compliance nature, e.g. maintain intranet pages for CFO Division, coordinate budget forecast updates, policies documentation

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, townhalls etc.

  • Manage administrative tasks independently

YOUR PROFILE

  • University student (Bachelor or Master level) or recent graduate

  • Strong analytical skills and capacity for conceptual thinking

  • Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Tableau Software is a plus

  • Proactive and with ability to work independently

  • “Can-do-attitude” coupled with openness to challenges and willingness to learn

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in English is a requirement, German, French and other languages meritorious
