You’ll work closely with experienced team members, gain hands-on experience in modern recruitment practices, and continuously develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="385" data-end="567"><strong data-start="385" data-end="418">Support End-to-End Recruiting: </strong>Assist in the recruitment process from creating job profiles and posting job ads to supporting screening, interviews, and onboarding activities.</li> <li data-start="571" data-end="724"><strong data-start="571" data-end="598">Active Sourcing Support: </strong>Help identify suitable recruiting channels and platforms and support sourcing activities to attract qualified candidates.</li> <li data-start="728" data-end="908"><strong data-start="728" data-end="752">Candidate Experience: </strong>Contribute to creating a positive candidate experience throughout the entire candidate journey and support the maintenance of a strong talent pipeline.</li> <li data-start="912" data-end="1099"><strong data-start="912" data-end="933">ALAIKA Ambassador: </strong>Support the Talent Acquisition team as a first point of contact for candidates and help represent ALAIKA’s values and culture throughout the recruitment process.</li> <li data-start="1103" data-end="1310"><strong data-start="1103" data-end="1146">Organizational &amp; Administrative Support: </strong>Assist with interview scheduling, maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ideally Greenhouse), and ensure candidate data is accurate and up to date.</li> <li data-start="1314" data-end="1460"><strong data-start="1314" data-end="1347">Employer Branding Initiatives: </strong>Support employer branding projects such as career events, university outreach, and social media initiatives.</li> <li data-start="1464" data-end="1621"><strong data-start="1464" data-end="1492">Collaboration &amp; Learning: </strong>Work closely with the People team and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and support ongoing recruitment activities.</li> <li data-start="1625" data-end="1808"><strong data-start="1625" data-end="1666">University Cooperation &amp; Partnerships: </strong>Assist in building and maintaining relationships with universities to strengthen our network of students, graduates, and high potentials.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="236" data-end="477"><strong data-start="236" data-end="266">First Practical Experience: </strong>You have gained initial exposure to HR or recruitment through internships, working student roles, student initiatives, or comparable experiences (prior experience in recruiting is a plus, but not required).</li> <li data-start="481" data-end="629"><strong data-start="481" data-end="507">Educational Background: </strong>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.</li> <li data-start="633" data-end="778"><strong data-start="633" data-end="655">Motivated to Learn: </strong>You are eager to build a foundation in talent acquisition and excited to learn from a passionate and experienced team.</li> <li data-start="782" data-end="925"><strong data-start="782" data-end="806">Organized &amp; Reliable: </strong>You are structured, detail-oriented, and reliable, and take ownership of your tasks with a high level of accuracy.</li> <li data-start="929" data-end="1159"><strong data-start="929" data-end="967">Growth Mindset &amp; Hands-On Attitude: </strong>You bring curiosity, a hands-on mindset, and a genuine interest in understanding people.
