Responsibilities:

  • Assistance to the organization, holding and follow up of board and shareholders’ meetings including the drafting, execution, signing and delivery of any related documentation (convening notices, proxies, minutes, attendance lists…)
  • Assisting in the daily corporate life of companies such as the approval of the annual accounts, incorporations, simplified liquidations, capital increases, …
  • Assisting in the coordination and liaising with the internal teams (finance, compliance, risk), lawyers, notaries for the execution and delivery of legal documents, apostille and legalization of documents
  • Keeping and archiving all corporate records of the companies (update shareholders/bonds registers, follow-up of original documentation delivery/receipts, filings with Luxembourg registers and update of excerpts, archiving, …)
  • Provide legal support and advice

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bar school student
  • Basic knowledge of company law/legal matters
  • Computer literate (good command of Microsoft Office)
  • Good command of French and English (oral and written)

  • Able to follow through and to work independently with limited supervision.
