Job Location: Villa Duchesne - St Louis, MO 63131

Villa Duchesne is seeking a part-time (15-20 hours per week) Stubblefield Intern to support our Advancement Team for summer 2026.   This position is open to a Villa Duchesne alumna who is currently an undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree. 

This position reports to the Director of Advancement and the Manager of Major Gifts and may be asked to collaborate with the other Interns on various projects throughout the summer. 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Assist with donor, alumnae/i, and volunteer relations, including support for the work of the Villa Fund through the annual giving campaign and the Bonne Chance Auction, including solicitation phone calls, emails communications, and handwritten thank you notes
  • Provide marketing and communications support to the Advancement Team including social media posts for the 2026-2027 fiscal year, data entry, and campaign material design and development, using print and graphic design.  
  • Support other duties as required.
