FULL-TIME | 6 MONTHS | FROM FEBRUARY
We are looking for a Digital People Experience & Employer Branding Intern to join our Global HR Team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to digital initiatives that enhance the employee experience and promote Moncler as an extraordinary place to work.
Your Impact
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Support the design, execution, and monitoring of digital platforms and campaigns that enhance employee experience;
- Assist in curating content for internal digital channels, ensuring alignment with Moncler’s culture, values, and key moments;
- Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives;
- Assist in creating engaging content that showcases Moncler’s culture, values, and people experiences for employer branding purposes;
- Assist in supporting onboarding, implementation of AI for internal communication;
- Contribute to partnerships with universities, business schools, and student associations to attract early talent.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- A recent graduate or student with interest in People Experience, HR, Digital Communication, and Employer Branding;
- Curious, creative, and proactive, with a passion for storytelling and digital engagement;
- Strong organizational and communication skills, able to work across teams in a fast-paced international environment;
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus;
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and basic digital analytics is a plus.
