The Curricular Intern in Services Organization will support the Connectivity team in providing system installation and configuration support to clients and internal department or will be part of the Repair Center team gaining progressive experience in meeting the daily service repair needs of the customer’s equipment.

The Curricular Intern in Services Organization will support the Connectivity team in providing system installation and configuration support to clients and internal department or will be part of the Repair Center team gaining progressive experience in meeting the daily service repair needs of the customer’s equipment.

Key Responsibilities/essential functions include:

  • In the case of Connectivity team: Support the tutor in managing the entire process of medical system remote connection; learn how to provide technical remote support to internal and external customers; find all the useful information to customer on connectivity opportunities and services; support the tutor in providing system analysis, help in managing and developing IT tools within service delivery; ensure IT solution in compliance to GEHC standards; support the tutor in performing code migration of mainframe software changes to internal systems and externally to client site; provide tool deliveries and upgrades, document and track code errors to ensure fixed before customer delivery.

  • In the case of Repair Center team: Support the tutor in equipment’s refurbishment; check of out of order, pre-owned, loan, demonstration, or returned by customers’ equipment; follow up and traceability of repair and intervention files; establishment of Intervention reports; follow and apply to EHS rules and procedures existing within GEHC; complete all planned Quality &Compliance training within the defined deadlines; identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Attending ITS school
  • Italian and English fluency
  • EU work permit
