<p><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">As a Campus Talent Acquisition Intern, your key area of responsibility will be supporting and driving Geotab’s People Operations division. Understanding the various business requirements is key to assist our departments with growth and development. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, motivated, and a dependable team player. To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, and have the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion with regard to all matters.</span></p>

<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Oversee all aspects of a full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers & facilitating onboarding. </span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions to attract potential candidates.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Perform resume screening through our ATS (Greenhouse) to assess candidate quality, skills, and fit for open roles.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Maintain a pool of candidates, ensuring candidate records and activity are current, and provide weekly updates to the Talent Team Lead.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' interest, cultural fit, technical abilities, and salary expectations.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, job descriptions for open roles, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process to align with departmental goals and requirements.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Conduct research and converse with the Talent Team Lead to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and job descriptions for open roles.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Advise hiring managers by providing an overview of the program, as well as guidance on our policies and procedures.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Ensures confidentiality, privacy, and compliance with all employee information.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Support the Campus Program Lead by assisting with program initiatives and actively participating in events to promote the brand on campuses.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Act as a Geotab culture ambassador, representing and promoting the company's values and work environment.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Assist with other HR projects/tasks as assigned.</span></li>

<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Strong communication, organization, and time management skills, as well as a willingness to learn and strong work ethic.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Passion for technology, innovation, talent acquisition and human resources.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at a time.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Familiarity with Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides) is an asset.</span></li>
<li style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);"><span style="color: rgb(102, 120, 140);">Prior experience in recruitment or HR is an asset!</span></li>

Geotab offers various perks and benefits and other compensation components that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary for this position would depend on a variety of factors such as but not specific to skills, qualifications, education and overall experience, including the location the applicant lives or intends to live while performing the job. This also includes equity with other team members and alignment with local market data. All offers of employment are contingent upon proof of eligibility to work and the individual's ability to pass a background check.</p></div><div class="title">Hiring Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$20</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$27 CAD</span></div></div></div>
