About the Role

Play Your Part in Helping Our Team Succeed!


We’re offering a paid, seasonal Housing Operations Internship for professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in operations, housing coordination, and project management.


This is an in-office role based in Irving, TX, designed for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident working in Google Sheets. You’ll work closely with our Housing Manager and leadership team to support housing operations for our summer sales program in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


What You’ll Learn & Do:


  • As a Housing Operations Intern, you’ll gain real-world exposure to housing logistics while contributing directly to business operations:

  • Coordinate with apartment communities and hotels to ensure all leases and agreements are completed

  • Assist the Housing Manager with sourcing, securing, and closing housing options across multiple markets

  • Review contracts and leases for accuracy and completeness

  • Track housing-related expenses using Google Sheets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records

  • Respond to housing and operational questions from sales reps via Zendesk within a 2-hour response time

  • Provide daily housing status reports to leadership and sales managers

  • Support housing selection, roommate assignments, move-ins, and offboarding

  • Ensure housing units are fully prepared for arrival, including furniture, utilities, and insurance

  • Assist with mass housing communications and updates to sales reps

  • Be available for in-office arrival and onboarding support during peak months (March–May)


What We’re Looking For:

  • Comfortable working in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines

  • Clear written communication and timely responsiveness

  • Willingness to work in-office in Irving, TX for the duration of the seasonal program

  • Interest in operations, logistics, housing, or business coordination

  • Previous housing or leasing experience is a plus but not required—training provided.


Role Details:

Compensation: $16 to $18 per hour

Schedule: Seasonal (Spring–Summer)

Work Environment: In-Office, Irving, TX

Start Date: Flexible based on availability
