Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering student to join our team of Summer 2026 Interns. Our internships are full-time, paid, and will run from May 18th through July 31st, 2026. This role will work collaboratively with our Engineering groups. The internship assignment is designed to provide the student with real-life work experience and training in the day-to-day activities in a manufacturing facility. Our internships are part of our recruiting strategy to attract and retain highly qualified talent.

 

This is a Safety Sensitive Position.

 

This internship does not include assistance with housing or transportation.

Qualifications


Key Job Responsibilities

  • Work on assigned projects with the close supervision of mentor/supervisor/team member.
  • Update routings (i.e. Time Studies and developing Standard Work).
  • Update Work Instructions.
  • Assist in preparing the manufacturing line for a new product launch (i.e. assisting with Measurement System Analysis and validation builds).
  • Assist manufacturing engineers in daily production support activities.
  • Support other Engineering groups as workload requirements dictate.

 

Education Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of a 3.0 GPA

 

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines and goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Solid Works, AutoCAD
