Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Product Initiatives :Assist in planning and executing product initiatives by supporting the launch and implementation of new offerings. Track the performance of these initiatives to ensure that objectives are being met

• Industry Research and Database Development:  Conduct industry research and investigations to identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain business development client databases that support the company’s growth strategy.

• Flavor Collection Preparation and Logistics: Prepare the flavor collection toolbox and handle relevant logistics.

• Assist in designing go-to-market proposals for product offerings, coordinate related projects, and provide customer-facing support.

• Project Coordination: Coordinate bank flash promotions and emerging channel promotion activities.

• Manage logistics and oversee project coordination

• Customer Engagement & Sales Admin Support Assist with sales support tasks including Admin & paperwork in SFDC systems. Update project records, request samples, manage flavor collection sampling, prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain ongoing client communication.

• Support customer-facing activities and follow up on new leads to facilitate client acquisition and onboarding.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, busienss, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP software (e.g., Salesforce)

• Excel & PPT skills  

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Experience in event planning or customer relationship management
