Job Description

  • Support cross-functional teams in planning and executing new product introductions.
  • Assist in product validation, testing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure product readiness.
  • Analyze technical data and contribute to risk assessments and process improvements.
  • Help coordinate pilot runs, production trials, and launch readiness reviews.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with product development processes and engineering documentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bonus: Experience with CAD tools, project management software, or Lean Manufacturing principles.
