Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

As a Product Management Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to product strategy, market research, customer insights, and go-to-market activities. You will support the Product team in analysing customer demand, developing product documentation, and preparing materials that enable successful product adoption. This internship is ideal for students interested in product management, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis, synthesising insights into concise briefs and opportunity areas.

  • Analyse customer demand data, including acquisition and churn trends, to identify opportunities to improve adoption, retention, and conversion.

  • Support data analysis and reporting, including building simple dashboards and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Assist in drafting product requirements documents, specifications, and other supporting documentation.

  • Provide administrative and coordination support, including capturing meeting minutes and responding to basic product-related enquiries.

  • Support go-to-market activities by preparing FAQs, terms and conditions, and enablement materials such as product and sales decks.

Value-Added Project

You will work on a value-added product initiative focused on improving product adoption and customer experience. This may include analysing customer demand data, developing dashboards, supporting product documentation, and contributing to go-to-market planning. The project offers end-to-end exposure to product discovery, analysis, documentation, and execution.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Basic data analysis skills, including spreadsheets, KPI interpretation, and exposure to basic BI or dashboarding tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and structured documents.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Internship Period

We are looking for an intern who can start in January, with a placement period of up to 6 months.
