Now, we’re scaling up, and we’re looking for motivated students who want to grow with us and shape the future of agricultural trade.</p> <h2 id="your-challenge">Your challenge</h2> <p><strong>Your Mission – Operations Focus</strong> </p> <p>As a <strong>Digital Operations Intern</strong>, you’ll be part of the team that keeps our transactions running smoothly and helps us scale:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Support machinery transactions</strong> – coordinate steps from inspection to delivery</li> <li><strong>Optimize workflows</strong> – help identify bottlenecks and test automation tools and AI solutions</li> <li><strong>Coordinate logistics</strong> – assist with transport arrangements and communication with carriers</li> <li><strong>Track deal progress</strong> – keep data accurate and ensure smooth handovers between teams</li> <li><strong>Improve processes</strong> – suggest and implement small changes that make us faster and more efficient</li> </ul> <h2 id="your-profile">Your profile</h2> <h2 id="your-profile-1">Your Profile</h2> <ul> <li>Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university, ideally towards the end of your studies</li> <li>Available for a minimum of 3 months in Hamburg</li> <li>Studies in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field</li> <li>Language Skills: Solid English skills required; any additional European language (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Romanian etc.) is a big plus.</li> <li>Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable with numbers</li> <li>Curious about automation, process improvement, and tech-driven logistics</li> </ul> <h2 id="our-proposition">Our proposition</h2> <h2 id="what-we-offer">What We Offer</h2> <ul> <li><strong>€1,000 monthly top-up on top of your Erasmus+ grant</strong></li> <li>Real impact – your work directly contributes to live sales</li> <li>Mentorship from experienced sales professionals</li> <li>Startup culture with flat hierarchies and fast decisions</li> <li>Career springboard – many interns join E-FARM full-time</li> </ul>
