This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to cloud application security, incident response, and customer support within Imperva’s Cloud Application Security platform. You will gain valuable experience by assisting with security monitoring, troubleshooting, and system integration tasks while learning directly from experienced engineers. This role offers the opportunity to explore diverse areas in cloud security and collaborate with technical and business teams to support real-world security operations.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Responsibilities:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Assist in monitoring system health and security alerts within the Imperva Cloud Application Security platform</p></li><li><p>Support engineers with configuration, troubleshooting, and customer integration activities</p></li><li><p>Participate in guided investigations and help document findings for internal and customer use</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (support, research, development, product) to understand how insights drive product improvements</p></li><li><p>Contribute to knowledge base articles, documentation, and internal learning resources</p></li><li><p>Proactively learn and stay updated on cloud security concepts, web applications, and networking basics</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Requirements:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Networking, or a related field</p></li><li><p>Basic understanding of networking and web technologies (e.g., HTTP/S, DNS, TCP/IP, HTML, JavaScript)</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with security concepts and an interest in web application security<br />(knowledge of OWASP Top 10 is a plus)</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Good communication and teamwork abilities</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Other information:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Working Location: Suntec City</p></li><li><p>Priority will be for interns who can commit 6 months</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>At Thales, we’re committed to fostering a workplace where respect, trust, collaboration, and passion drive everything we do.
