The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.
(This Graduate Intern contract is up to 31 July 2026.)
Reporting to the Manager, Social Media and Performance Marketing, the candidate will be responsible for:
assisting the execution of social media strategy for Hong Kong, Mainland and overseas markets for marketing and branding of the West Kowloon Cultural District;
assisting the daily management of official social media accounts of the District and coordinating with its venues on content creation and community management, to build and sustain ongoing brand awareness;
supporting the creation of compelling visual, video and copywriting contents that align with overall social media strategy for the District and its venues to create a unique positioning and synergies between venues;
collaborating with internal and external parties to execute and ensure smooth delivery of social media, KOL and content partner campaigns for maximising customer reach and engagement;
assisting in evaluating campaign performance against set goals, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending actionable plans converted from performance review and industry trends; and
performing any other duties from time to time as reasonably assigned by the Authority.
You should:
be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise;
possess a recognised university degree preferably in Marketing, Social Media, Communications or related disciplines;
preferably have relevant experience in digital marketing, marketing communications or managing social media channels; fresh graduate is welcomed;
be well-organised with problem solving skills and attention to details;
be creative, with a can-do spirit and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
be proficient in MS Office; knowledge of content editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) will be a definite advantage; and
have excellent communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
