Job Description

  1. Assist in collecting and consolidating OEM/ODM customer requirements, and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
  2. Support preparation of sales materials, including customer presentations, quotations, and product comparison sheets.
  3. Assist in routine customer communications by drafting meeting minutes, tracking follow-up items, and preparing internal reports.
  4. Conduct basic market research, gather competitor and industry information, and summarize into analysis reports.
  5. Participate in the preparation and execution of new product promotion activities, including translation, marketing collateral organization, and on-site support.
  6. Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to support product testing feedback and documentation.
  7. Support the sales team in updating customer records and maintaining data accuracy in CRM systems.
  8. Perform other internship-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

1.  Current undergraduate or postgraduate student in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
2.  Strong willingness to learn, good communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
3.  Passionate about sales and marketing, proactive and responsible.
4.  Good command of English reading and writing; fluent spoken English is a plus.
5.  Able to intern at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 months.
6.  Leadership experience in student organizations or relevant projects is preferred.
