For our office in Madrid we are looking for an

Intern (m/f/d) Asset Manager 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the real estate projects, analyzing and explaining the potential deviations between the Business Plan and/or previous forecasts. 

  • Analyze cash forecast, evaluating the probability of complying with forecast repayments and cash needs. 

  • Develop Investment Commitee Proposals, in order to manage the approval of the Investment for Financing Vehicles, new Business Plans. Correspondent deviations or material contracts. 

  • Provide support in audit processes and annual accounts review of the projects. 

  • Provide ongoning reportings on financial situation of the projects to several parties 

  • Support the stakeholder teams in HQ to gather the information needed about new projects and opportunities. 

Your Qualifications:

  • Graduated or in last year of an environmental degree or similar

  • Currently enrolled at university (a university agreement is mandatory)

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Great knowledge of MS Office

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required; second European language is a plus.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit to challenge conventional approaches and explore innovative solutions
