About the Role

Intern (RPA team) 

Lviv, UA 

Full-time on site or remote 

Are you interested in joining an international company? The Nestlé Business Services Lviv team is seeking individuals ready to take on the challenge and become part of our loyal and dynamic team. 

 

You are: 

  • A student 2-5 years of computer science; 

  • Able to read and understand Business Process description, analyze requirements, and find solutions; 

  • Familiar with process automation and robotic process automation concepts; 

  • Familiarity with BluePrism; 

  • Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel; 

  • Confident in English on at least Intermediate level (both written and verbal). 

 

With you we will: 

  • Review any support tickets or requests that come in from the RPA development team or end-users; 

  • Analyze and troubleshoot reported issues, which may involve investigating code, reviewing logs, or replicating scenarios; 

  • Test the implemented solutions to ensure they address the reported problems and do not introduce current issues; 

  • Update the technical support documentation with newly discovered issues, their corresponding solutions, and any additional information that could aid in future troubleshooting.
