As an HR Co-op student, you’ll gain experience across multiple areas of HR, from operations and recruitment to engagement and culture. You’ll work closely with our HR team to:

  • Support core HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records

  • Assist with recruitment coordination

  • Extract data from the HRIS and generate basic reports

  • Participate in internal communications and employee engagement initiatives

  • Help organize employee events, training sessions, and onboarding logistics

  • Maintain HR systems and support documentation processes

  • Contribute to the development of HR programs that support our people and culture

  • Take ownership and make things happen we value self-starters who don’t wait to be asked

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related post-secondary program

  • Genuine interest in people, organizational culture, and workplace development 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • A respectful and empathetic approach to all interactions
