About the Role

 Intern Global People & Culture
Are you looking for an HR internship as part of your education? Join FUJIFILM Biotechnologies and become part of a purpose-driven and energetic Global People & Culture (GPC) organization. The internship starts on February 1, 2026, and runs for 5–6 months.

About the role
You will be an intern within Global People & Culture under the leadership of our Executive Strategy Facilitator, contributing to the strategy, planning, and execution of our global HR portfolio. You’ll work on cross-functional initiatives across the employee lifecycle—from attraction and onboarding to development, engagement, and retention—strengthening our culture built on trust and transparency.

Key responsibilities

  • Support portfolio management of GPC strategic initiatives in close collaboration with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Leadership & Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition).
  • Draft and coordinate internal communications (briefs, updates, presentations) to People & Culture and key business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events (agenda design, materials, logistics, minutes, action tracking).
  • Help drive process improvements through continuous improvement (standardization, templates, playbooks).
  • Support change management activities (stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, comms plans, feedback loops).

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant university program (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Organizational Psychology, Project/Program Management, HR Management).
  • Strong organizational skills preferably with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Good coordination, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with data to inform decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); willingness to learn collaboration/PM tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI, Smartsheet/Asana/Jira, Miro).

Nice to have

  • Exposure to strategy execution, PMO, or change management.
  • Workshop facilitation or service-design/process-mapping experience.
  • Interest in global HR practices and working across time zones/cultures.
