About the Role

Help us get ahead of disease together with our GSK Production System Internship, 2026: 

Education required: Undergraduate studying a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or other Science related disciplines

Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship and doing a full-time credit-bearing internship

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

Internship period: July to December 2026

What will you do?

You will work closely with the GSK Production System (GPS) team to understand how to apply GPS and lean tools in projects.

What will you learn?

  • Support Continuous Improvement (CI) projects through:

a) Gemba and data collection to understand current state

b) Data analysis using Excel and develop solution(s)

  • Drive 5S and standard work programs on site

  • Contribute to the site’s overall continuous improvement culture by providing support to GPS Experts

  • Assist in the coordination and facilitation of:

a) Site-wide GPS workshops

b) Improvements to the KPI dashboards on site

c) Other ad-hoc events that serve as platforms for ample opportunities to build a network within the GSK community

  • Support culture improvement activities ie. video making, conducting surveys
