About The Company
ING is a pioneer in digital banking and on the forefront as one of the most innovative banks in the world. As ING, we have a clear purpose that represents our conviction of people’s potential. We don’t judge, coach, or tell people how to live their lives. However big or small, modest or grand, we empower people and businesses to realise their vision for a better future. We made the promise to make banking frictionless, removing barriers to progress, and make people confident in their financial decisions. As a global bank we have a huge opportunity – and responsibility – to make an impact for the better. We can play a role by financing change, sharing knowledge, and innovating. Being sustainable is in all the choices we make—as a lender, as a partner and through the services we offer our customers
About the Role

About ING
At ING, we work every day on innovations for millions of customers. Through our digital channels, we reach millions of customers daily. We are a bank with big ambitions, where ambitious people work. What you will do:

  • And anything else that comes along to improve the experience of our customers!

How to succeed

We hire smart people like you for your potential. Our biggest expectation is that you’ll stay curious. Keep learning. Take on responsibility. In return, we’ll back you to develop into an even more awesome version of yourself.

To take on this challenging and rewarding opportunity:

  • You are enrolled in and following a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program, preferably related to digital design (University of Applied Sciences/HBO or University);

  • You work quickly, accurately, and have an eye for detail;
  • You are eager to learn and have a “Don’t wait, take action” mentality;
  • You are proactive in your work, can work independently, and have an eye for detail;
  • You have extensive knowledge and experience working with Figma.

Rewards and benefits

This is a great opportunity to train with highly skilled people who are experts in their field. You’ll do a lot and learn a lot – not only about your specialist area and the bank, but also about yourself and whether this type of environment is right for you.

You’ll also benefit from:

  • Internship allowance of 700 EUR based on a 36 hours work week

  • Your own work laptop

  • Hybrid working to blend home working for focus and office working for collaboration and co-creation

  • Personal growth and challenging work with endless possibilities
