As a Finance Intern at Comcast, you will play a vital role in shaping financial strategies that drive business success. Role Description

Do you enjoy creating stories that drive strategy? Do you like big challenges and working within a highly motivated team environment? As an Finance intern on the Keystone Finance team, you will be part of an organization that supports the region through data analysis and reporting to reach its subscriber and revenue target. This role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and business operations. The intern will work closely with the finance team and senior leaders to support day-to-day activities and contribute to projects that drive organizational success.

As a Finance Intern at Comcast, you will tackle real-world challenges that impact the company’s financial health and operational efficiency. You’ll help solve problems such as identifying cost-saving opportunities, analyzing variances in budgets and forecasts, and improving the accuracy of financial reporting. You will work on streamlining processes to reduce inefficiencies, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, and providing insights that guide strategic investments. By leveraging data and analytics, you’ll contribute to solving complex questions around resource allocation, profitability, and performance optimization, helping the region make smarter, faster, and more informed decisions.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and presentations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and variances.
• Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related projects.
• Conduct research on financial markets, industry trends, and best practices
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Skills

• Previous intern program participant or prior experience as Comcast intern preferred

• Familiarity with financial modeling and data visualization tools

• Analytical & Strategic Thinking

• Microsoft Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, etc

• Preferred Majors: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university

• Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2026- Spring 2028)

• Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2026 semester before graduating) 

• Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs

• Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Compensation

Base Pay: $26.00
