Job Details

The Project Intern will support the Project Leader in organizing and managing events (both CME and non-CME).

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare letters of appointment and registration forms and send them to speakers.

  • Compile and maintain logistics master files (including contacts, travel arrangements, hotels, and dinners).

  • Send out official letters of invitation.

  • Provide on-site assistance during events (at the registration desk or in the hall).

  • Offer support to other Project Managers in the office when needed.

  • Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

Education: 

  • Degree in cultural science or similar

Skills:

  • K​nowledge of English language
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Problem-solving
  • Immediate availability.
