About The Company
Ferrari's story officially began in 1947 when its first road car, the 125 S, emerged from the gate of no. 4 Via Abetone Inferiore in Maranello. The iconic two-seater went on to win the Rome Grand Prix later that year and shortly thereafter was developed into a refined GT roadster. The company has travelled a long way since then, but its mission has remained unaltered: to make unique sports cars that represent the finest in Italian design and craftsmanship, both on the track and on the road. The very definition of excellence and sportiness, Ferrari needs no introduction. Its principal calling card is the numerous Formula One titles it has won: a total of 16 constructors’ championships and 15 drivers’ championships. And of course, there is the impressive lineup of legendary GT models. Cars that are unique for their design, technology and luxurious styling and that represent the best in Italian the world over.
About the Role

Ferrari has a most desirable track record: outstanding results, a unique product portfolio and an iconic, global brand. Above all Ferrari is a team of dedicated colleagues from 62 different nationalities, working with the highest level of excellence and professionalism and ensuring innovation and continuous improvement at the heart of our organization.

We have a dedicated UK-based team (in Slough) representing all our business activities (Marketing, Sales, After-Sales, Spare Parts, Controlling, Communications) in order to deliver outstanding performance and experiences for our clients (Ferrari owners) and prospects (future clients).

Ferrari offers selected students with an outstanding academic track record an opportunity for a “gap-year” or “company placement year” to discover our business model and to contribute and learn during a 12-months period (ideally) with our team in the Ferrari Slough offices.

As an After Sales Business Analyst, you will work on a full range of responsibilities in our Commercial team, supervised by our After Sales Managers and our Country Manager.

Your main responsibilities will include analysis of After-Sales performances across the UK Dealer network, as well as key data collection and a full understanding of the After-Sales indicators. You will understand the importance of KPIs and their commercial impact to drive business development whilst evaluating best practice initiatives within the region.

And of course our team will accompany you on your induction and growth across this placement-year in order for to strengthen your professional skills.

Your profile
You will ideally be an Undergraduate student available for a year in industry (gap-year or company-placement year). You study business, economics, or similar data-driven courses, and you have to date achieved excellent grades. You should also have a strong work ethic, integrity and be able to multi-task in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.

Ideally you will not only have a passion for performance-cars and the automotive sector, and have gained a prior insight through internships or relevant university project assignments or similar.

Of course, you will have a solid first understanding of luxury (ideally automotive) sector, gaining clear insight on the specific expectations of our clients and prospects. Previous exposure to project responsibilities would be an asset. The role requires fluency in English (and ideally a second language).

In Ferrari we would expect you to be capable of thinking analytically, being client-oriented, highly structured and with excellent relationship- and communicative skills.

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
