Job Description
We are opening an internship position in our Talent Acquisition team in Geneva.
You will be help recruiting IT profiles across the European region and in close collaboration with Business and internal clients. You will join a global community of more than 20 in-house recruiters, united and passionate about their profession.
Your main responsibilities?
You will support team throughout the recruitment process.
- Learn and support sourcing strategies: assist in identifying candidates through various channels and explore innovative ways to attract talent
- Participate in direct approaches: help with outreach and candidate engagement under the guidance of experienced recruiters
- Assist in interviews: observe and contribute to HR evaluation interviews to understand best practices
- Support pre-boarding activities: help ensure candidates have a smooth experience before their first day
- Collaborate with the team: join weekly recruitment meetings and learn how decisions are made
- Administrative support: help with contract drafting and reporting activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Learn compliance basics
Qualifications
What do you bring?
- As a student or fresh graduate a first experience in recruitment within a consulting firm or IT services company would be a plus
- A strong interest in recruitment
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Autonomous, yet you enjoy working in a team
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Fluent in French AND English
