THE ROLE

 

You will be based in Accra, in collaboration with the Agency Management and the Commercial Departments of the Head Office, you contribute to the development of our local commercial activity.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

 

  • You contribute to the implementation of the commercial and pricing policy (specialized products, and new value-added products).
  • You monitor and develop the client portfolio through sales activities and visits. You pay particular attention to major projects and the country's economic developments. 
  • You are also responsible for promoting e-commerce and the group's and agency's digital tools, in collaboration with technical teams, and you propose development strategies at the local level. 
  • You analyse performance as well as deviations from the commercial budget and propose corrective measures. 
  • Additionally, you ensure coordination with the various stakeholders in the transportation chain (logistics, documentation, etc.). 
  • You create and update informational documents related to your geographic area: tables, statistical tracking, reports, studies, etc., and provide reporting to your management. 
  • As a proactive contributor, you will need to identify new opportunities and implement the necessary actions to position our Group in these markets. 

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

 

  • In accordance with the provisions of Article L122-1 of the National Service Code, only candidates aged 18 to 28 and European nationals are eligible for this mission offered as a VIE.
  • Holding a Master’s degree (Bac +5) from a top business school or prestigious university, you have initial experience in an international environment. 
  • Knowledge of the African continent would be a real asset. You have full proficiency in English. 
  • Your rigor, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to adapt to your environment are essential assets for succeeding in this mission, which serves as a springboard for a career within our Group.
