For our World Triathlon Corporation in Tampa, Florida, we are seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Global Partnerships Internship.


What You’ll Be Doing

Step into a role where no two days are the same, and your impact is felt far beyond your desk. You will:

  • Assist Account Managers with the day-to-day execution of The IRONMAN Group portfolio of partner obligations.
  • Learn the day-to-day of partnership management from experienced sports business professionals.
  • Facilitate and assist in managing any contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate the delivery of sponsorship benefits with other departments to successful fulfillment.
  • Conduct/coordinate any research needed by the Partners.
  • Support the Sales and Partnership Services team with the execution of partnerships. This includes compiling, creating, and delivering event recaps as well as reviewing partner goals/objectives.
  • Track partner deliverable assets.
  • Work on and present an individualized capstone project to the leadership team at the end of your term.

Internship will run March - August.

Learn about and work on a variety of marketing assets and event activations at the largest operator of mass participation sports in the world!

The position sits within the Global Partnerships department and is responsible for closely managing and collaborating with The IRONMAN Group portfolio of Partners. Responsibilities will include supporting Account Managers in the delivery of partner assets, recordkeeping, enhancing communications internally, and assisting the execution of each account’s strategic plan.
