<p>10x Genomics is looking for a Procurement Supply Chain Intern to support our US Global Procurement team. This 10-12 week internship focuses on executing a specific set of high-impact projects centered on master data management and process improvement. You will help us maintain accurate procurement records, document our workflows, and build tools that track our team's progress. This is a practical opportunity to apply your academic background to a fast-moving, global supply chain environment.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Data &amp; Automation:</strong> Use Excel or data programming tools to simplify routine tasks and improve productivity for the procurement team.</li> <li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Create clear, step-by-step instructions for Oracle workflow processes to help standardize how we work.</li> <li><strong>KPI Tracking:</strong> Assist in building and updating dashboards that visualize procurement performance and project milestones.</li> <li><strong>Assisting with on-going system enhancement projects / initiatives</strong></li> <li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Partner with members of the Procurement, IT, and Finance teams to support ongoing system initiatives.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Able to commit to 10-12 week internship</li> <li>Minimum a junior or senior in college or recent graduate for a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Operations, Business Management, Economics, or Supply Chain Management&nbsp;</li> <li>Clear understanding of procure-to-pay process and related transactions</li> <li>Understanding of ERP and MRP systems procurement and planning tools such as Oracle, SAP, QAD or other commonly used manufacturing software. 10x presently uses Oracle for P2P management.</li> <li>Ability to interpret, model, and analyze data</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Direct experience with procurement or supply chain in an established life science, medical device or biotechnology related organization</li> <li>Proficiency in BI tools (such as Tableau) and Excel Macro is an added advantage</li> <li>Experience working within cross functional project teams with diverse stakeholders</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>#LI-ES1 #LI-onsite</em></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><strong>“Regular” US-Based Jobs (Single Region) - Internships:</strong></p> <p>Below is the base pay range for this position.&nbsp; The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one’s skills, qualifications, and experience.&nbsp; Unless otherwise required by law, this role is not eligible for 10x’s health benefit program.&nbsp; During the hiring process, your 10x recruiter can share more information about the Company’s compensation and benefits.</p></div><div class="title">Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$25</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$30 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>About 10x Genomics</strong></p> <p>At 10x Genomics, accelerating our understanding of biology is more than a mission for us.
