About the Role

Job Title: Intern (SAP)

Location: Pune

What You Will Do:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions with a focus on functional and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP modules and applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and documentation of business processes as-is and to-be states.

• Configure and customize SAP modules as per business requirements, including SAP Function and Technical.

• Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.

How You Will Do:

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate understanding of business processes and requirements. • Develop functional and technical specifications for enhancements, customizations, and new SAP implementations.

• Perform system configuration and integration tasks to ensure system functionality and reliability.

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP applications, addressing issues as they arise.

• Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.

What We Look For:

Required:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Preferrable Knowledge in any of the SAP modules such as SAP Sales & Distribution, SAP Production planning, SAP Enterprise warehouse management, Procurement, Materials management & SAP Finance, SAP ABAP, FIORI, Reporting and Analytics.

• Proven experience in SAP functional and technical roles, including hands-on configuration and implementation.

• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points between various business processes.

• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a multinational organization.

• Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

• SAP Certified
