Quality and Operations Internship/Co-Op Opportunities

SetPoint Medical's interns contribute to groundbreaking projects and initiatives while getting hands-on experience for career development. As part of the summer internship program, motivated students and young leaders will be able to join a collaborative effort in one of our departments and expand upon your skills with a fundamental impact to the future of medicine. This paid internship will allow you to benefit professionally while helping SetPoint define a new therapeutic category of neuroimmune modulation. You will take ownership in projects or tasks with the help of a mentor to guide you along the way, and you will have the opportunity to interact with teams and leaders across the company.

This full-time position is in office, Monday - Friday, reporting to company headquarters in Valencia, CA.

Open Positions

Operations Intern 

· Create a process to automate repetitive supply chain and operations reports by leveraging Microsoft Excel’s formulas and macros

· Develop and optimize supply chain and operations reports and visualizations to communicate data to stakeholders and reduce duplications 

· Assist in data setup, update, and cleaning in NetSuite such as in-activate parts and bill of materials, etc.

Quality Engineer Intern

· Investigate nonconformances and document the investigation, root cause, and any corrective actions required. 

Document Control Intern 

· Records Cleanup.

· Records Management for new records created

· Implementation of AI assistance in documents/records management

Requirements

· Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above.

· Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

· Technical knowledge (electrical, software, and/or mechanical)

· Familiar with AI, particularly ChatGPT

· Self-motivated and passionate for innovation and quality.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to work effectively with and relate to all levels within the organization.

· Team skills that demonstrate inclusivity, decisiveness, good facilitation, a process improvement orientation, and approachability.
