Backend Developer Winter/Spring Intern

We were founded by leaders from Google, Facebook and Yahoo! with more than 20 years of digital advertising, engineering and marketing experience.&nbsp;</p> <p>Your Role:</p> <ul> <li>Take an active role in developing, testing, and maintaining our backend services</li> <li>Implementing new features, starting from design to deployment</li> <li>Help come up with new features and product ideas</li> <li>Collaborate with other teams on features and releases</li> <li>Assist with the preparation of documentation, training, and support of various systems</li> </ul> <p>About You:</p> <ul> <li>You are a self-starter with at least <strong>1 year of experience</strong> building backend solutions with Java</li> <li>ML development experience is a plus!</li> <li>Enjoy coming up with creative solutions to complex problems</li> <li>Someone who enjoys learning new technologies</li> <li>Comfortable working with third-party APIs</li> <li>Able to work in conjunction with other team members</li> </ul> <p>Requirement:</p> <ul> <li>Currently a student graduating in May 2026 or Dec 2026</li> <li>Based in the NYC tri-state area</li> <li>Able to commit <strong>16-20 hours per week</strong></li> </ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Pay $16-$18/hour</li> <li>Mentorship with regular peer review sessions</li> <li>Free lunch and unlimited snacks</li> </ul> <p>Internship Details:</p> <ul> <li>The internship will run from January until April with potential to extend based on candidate performance + availability</li> <li>Hybrid work flexibility provided with in-office expectations at least once per week</li> <li>If interested in a remote opportunity, please reach out</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
