We strive to create a diverse group of interns as we feel that it improves the overall internship experience. </div>
<p>The Customer Success Intern will support the Customer Success team in delivering a great customer experience and helping customers adopt and realize value from KnowBe4’s security awareness training and phishing simulation platform. This 3-month internship is designed for someone who’s eager to learn consultative customer engagement, onboarding best practices, and customer health/adoption management in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll work alongside Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Renewal Specialists, and cross-functional partners (e.g., Support, Account Management) to assist with onboarding activities, customer communications, reporting, and internal process improvement.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Support customer onboarding activities</strong> by helping track tasks and milestones (e.g., account configuration checklists, training setup steps, campaign launch preparation).</li>
<li><strong>Assist in customer communications</strong> (email, calls, video) such as meeting follow-ups, onboarding reminders, and resource sharing—always with guidance and review from the team.</li>
<li><strong>Help customers get started with best practices</strong> by compiling and sharing approved KnowBe4 resources (templates, guides, recommended rollout steps).</li>
<li><strong>Leverage KnowBe4 assessments and reporting</strong> to support adoption insights (e.g., identifying participation rates, phishing outcomes, training completion trends).</li>
<li><strong>Monitor customer usage and health indicators</strong> by updating internal trackers/dashboards and escalating risks or blockers to the assigned CSM.</li>
<li><strong>Coordinate with Technical Support</strong> by gathering context, documenting issues clearly, and helping follow up on customer requests.</li>
<li><strong>Contribute to customer reviews</strong> by preparing data summaries for periodic check-ins or business reviews (e.g., usage highlights, outcomes achieved, next-step recommendations).</li>
<li><strong>Support renewal readiness</strong> by helping maintain accurate customer records, renewal dates, and engagement history; assist Renewal Specialists with administrative tasks.</li>
<li><strong>Maintain CRM hygiene</strong> by updating contact details, notes, activities, and customer status in Salesforce (or the company CRM).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field</li>
<li>Comfortable with spreadsheets and documents (Excel/Google Sheets; Word/Google Docs)</li>
<li>Familiarity with email and collaboration tools (Gmail, Google Workspace)</li>
<li>IT experience/exposure is a plus</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communications</li>
<li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance</li>
<li>Curious, coachable, and comfortable working in a team environment</li>
<li>Fluent in Thai or Vietnamese </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or customer-facing roles</li>
<li>Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)</li>
<li>Experience working on projects involving customer support, onboarding, training, or account management (school, part-time, or internships)</li>
