The office is headquartered in Westport, CT with regional offices in New York City, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi.</p> <p><strong><u>Position Summary: </u></strong></p> <p>Join a lean in-house legal team and work on live matters. This internship is built for a JD candidate from a top law school. You will be asked to manage ongoing legal department projects and help with drafting, negotiating, and closing matters.</p> <p><strong><u>Day-to-day responsibilities would include a combination of the following:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and refine templates and playbooks for NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, licensing, and vendor agreements and similar frequently used agreement types, to improve speed and consistency.&nbsp; Update and prepare these databases to prepare them for AI analysis and use.</li> <li>Help design and implement improvements for business processes and knowledge management.</li> <li>Research corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues and convert findings into clear memos.</li> <li>Help attorneys partner with Finance, Procurement, HR, and Operations to solve contract and policy questions.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Illustrative Benefits: &nbsp;</u></strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Friday summer hours</li> <li>Monthly community events</li> <li>Hybrid work environment</li> <li>Free catered food services for in-office days</li> <li>Casual dress code</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>JD candidate at a top-tier law school; strong academic record; or a rising senior from a top tier college with interest in pursuing a legal, paralegal or legal operations career.</li> <li>Strong organizational, logical reasoning, critical thinking, communication, and time management skills.</li> <li>Clear, concise writing; confident communication with business partners</li> <li>Strong proficiency with all Microsoft 365 tools.</li> <li>Solid drafting skills; comfortable with redlines and version control; detail-first with sound judgment.</li> <li>Preferred Qualifications:</li> <ul> <li>Coursework in Contracts, Corporations, Commercial Transactions, Non-Profits, IP or operations or project management is a plus.</li> <li>Interest in bringing AI into legal processes</li> </ul> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Internship Dates:&nbsp;&nbsp;June 15<sup>th</sup>&nbsp;–&nbsp;Augst 21st, 2026</em></strong><em>&nbsp;</em></p> <p><strong><em>Application Deadline: January 30<sup>th</sup>, 2026&nbsp;</em></strong><em>&nbsp;</em></p> <p><em>&nbsp;</em></p> <p><strong><u>Compensation:</u></strong>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>Compensation for the role includes an hourly wage of $20-30/Hour depending upon education level and experience.
