<p><strong>Tax Compliance Summer Intern </strong></p> <p><strong>Dalio Family Office</strong></p> <p><strong><u>Dalio Family Office Overview: </u></strong></p> <p>The Dalio Family Office (DFO) supports Barbara and Ray Dalio and their family in their ventures, investments, and philanthropic efforts under Dalio Philanthropies, which includes OceanX, Dalio Education, Endless Network, and the Beijing Dalio Foundation. The office is headquartered in Westport, CT with regional offices in New York City, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi.</p> <p><strong><u>Position Summary: </u></strong></p> <p>The Tax Pillar oversees tax compliance for the clients of the family office, which includes investment and business entities as well as non-profits, individual and trust returns. The Tax Pillar also plays a key role working with other Pillars at the DFO on planning and implementing new strategies and structures for our clients. As an Intern you will assist with administrative tasks and ad hoc project work related to tax compliance at the Family office.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Day-to-day responsibilities would include a combination of the following:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>​​Learn about Monday.com –&nbsp;assist&nbsp;with creation and maintenance of project management boards&nbsp;related to tax compliance workstreams.</li> <li>​&nbsp;Machine Documentation –&nbsp;assist&nbsp;with documenting various processes for pillar use and reference.</li> <li>​Confluence Page –&nbsp;assist&nbsp;with updating and&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;the Tax Compliance Confluence Page.</li> <li>​Update and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;a variety of internal tax trackers (estimated tax payments, notices, refunds, signature list).</li> <li>​Ad hoc projects&nbsp;and administrative&nbsp;tasks&nbsp;as assigned.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Illustrative Benefits: &nbsp;</u></strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Friday summer hours</li> <li>Monthly community events</li> <li>Hybrid work environment</li> <li>Free catered food services for in-office days</li> <li>Casual dress code</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>​​Current&nbsp;student pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>​Strong interest in pursuing a career in&nbsp;tax,&nbsp;accounting&nbsp;or business management&nbsp;</li> <li>​Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously&nbsp;</li> <li>​Ability to&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion&nbsp;</li> <li>​Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>Internship Dates:&nbsp;&nbsp;June 15<sup>th</sup>&nbsp;–&nbsp;Augst 21st, 2026</em></strong><em>&nbsp;</em></p> <p><strong><em>Application Deadline: January 30<sup>th</sup>, 2026&nbsp;</em></strong><em>&nbsp;</em></p> <p><em>&nbsp;</em></p> <p><strong><u>Compensation:</u></strong>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>Compensation for the role includes an hourly wage of $20/hr.
