With support from your team, access to learning and development resources, and opportunities for fun along the way, our program will give you the foundation to start your career journey.</p> <p>The UBRI team is focused on collaboration with Ripple’s university partners, deepening the UBRI program and value, both for Ripple and the broader FinTech ecosystem. Ripple is looking for an intern to join the UBRI team for the spring to execute and support high priority projects and to help coordinate internal collaboration across Ripple’s various functional teams.</p> <p>As an UBRI Intern for Ripple Impact, you will play an instrumental role in coordinating our XRPL hackathon event and annual conference UBRI Connect @ APEX. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be involved in delivering an innovative program at a phenomenal place to work with the potential to have a tremendous, positive impact globally.</p> <h2>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h2> <ul> <li>Execute priority initiatives with university partners like planning logistics for <a href="https://www.ubriconnect.com/" target="_blank">UBRI Connect</a> 2025 in-person conference</li> <li>Inspire community engagement through developing content like tutorials, newsletters and <a href="https://allaboutblockchain.buzzsprout.com/" target="_blank">All About Blockchain</a> podcasts</li> <li>Design and update our messaging working closely with the Communications department to align with Ripple's overall marketing position</li> <li>Connect and engage partners for collaboration through regular communication posts on social media about new member profiles, on campus events and research outcomes</li> <li>Help develop Ripple’s open-source community through Hackathons, Webinars, Challenges and other events in collaboration w/RippleX Dev Growth to highlight wins</li> <li>Perform various project management and program administrative duties in support of UBRI</li> </ul> <h2>WHAT YOU'LL BRING</h2> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate, or Graduate degree preferably in a Communication, Marketing Major or related field</li> <li>Available to work for 12 weeks during Summer 2026, beginning in May or June.</li> <li>Intent to return to degree-program after the completion of the internship.</li> <li>Ideal candidates will serve leadership in their student blockchain club and be active builders competing in hackathon competitions. Exceptional communicators and natural leaders with a strong bias towards action are welcome.</li> <li>Inspire people who work with you to up their game.
