About the Role
Understanding of semiconductor process flows and knowledge of control theory. Effective scripting knowledge in SQL, Python or other language Knowledge of data visualization tools Self-motivated with strong problem solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of open /closed loop control, model predictive control, linear & non linear control systems Understanding of ML concepts Knowledge of statistical methods to perform data analysis. Knowledge and experience with statistical process control (SPC) is a plus. Understanding of inline defect detection and failure analysis techniques. Understanding of problem solving methodologies such as 8D and Six Sigma. Knowledge in various semiconductor metrology, inspection methods. Understanding of manufacturing environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be willing/able to work weekends or evenings as needed. Ability to travel as needed. Degree Required: B.S. or M.S. equivalent foreign education; or equivalent experience Academic Discipline(s): Control Theory, Control Systems, Automation and Control Engineering, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering; or Statistics, Computer Science; or related field.
