About the Role

We are looking for PhD students majoring in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Experimental Therapeutics, Pharmacology or a related field for a 10-week internship role at our Waltham, MA site from June 1 2026 to August 7 2026.

Position Description:

  • Analyze historical data and utilize it to build a PBPK model for prediction of tumoral concentrations of payloads
  • Thorough mining of internal and external commercial therapeutics in oncology to gain insights on PK/PD parameters
  • Utilize available data to integrate PBPK and PK/PD models for oncology ADC therapeutics.

Position Requirements:

  • PhD students majoring in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Experimental Therapeutics, Pharmacology or a related field
  • Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026.
  • Pharmacokinetics: Phoenix software, PBPK modeling preferred
     
  • Data mining and analysis: Proficient in using Office Suite, GraphPad PRISM and BioRender preferred
     
  • Collaboration: Should be willing and able to collaborate with other group members and other teams to improve the skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365.
  • US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
  • Ability to report onsite to Waltham, MA 3-5 days per week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.
  • Compensation range: $48 per hour
